Story about this misheard lyric by: Karen Smith I heard this playing on my car radio, after I'd already checked a lyrics site for a mishearing of lyrics earlier in the song. I had resolved what the earlier lyrics were that I'd misheard, but I hadn't read the lyrics to the entire song that time. Then when I heard this part on my radio, that hearing "you might just be the ultimate in cue sticks" was the nearest I could come to making anything out of that line. Since that wouldn't make much sense out of the line, I consulted a lyrics site again and found the real lyrics. Much more than is the case with my earlier mishearing, I would never have come close to guessing the actual lyrics to the second line sited above. |
