Band Name Origins:

• the legendary punk band, the germs, were origionally going to be a glam band and call themselves "sophistif*** and the revlon spam queen revolution." when pat smear (then je'tah) and darby crash (then bobby pin) went to go get t shirts printed up, the place charged by the letter, and they couldn't afford the shirts, so they changed there name to the germs while they were in the store.
