Band Name Origins:
- One of the band's biggest beliefs is that people are people, despite race, religion, sex, and nationality. Anti-Flag is the idea that people do not belong to a country and should not be separated by a flag. Submitted by: Cody
- The name is meant to show the band's hate of imperialism, arrogant nationalism, and war, not because they hate America. Originaly, they said that the hyphen was misused to show their hate of modern society and refusal to conform, but now Justin admits that they "were just to dumb to know the correct use of a hyphen.
