Why They're Nonsensical:
First, how can he be telling us anything if his head has exploded, second, how could he know his ears are ringing if they're no longer attached to him (they probably came off when his head exploded), and, third, why is he so worried about where he's been anyway? He probably has more important things to think about (which he can't really do anyway because his brain also left when his head exploded) then where he's been like whether or not anyone has cleaned the walls after his (probably very messy) head explosion.
