Every time I hear that line, I get images of the lead singer happily leaping around a burning house. It's rather comical, if you envision it. =) But on the other hand he must be careful not to get burnt.

It sounds like they're telling some guy to admit that he's gay, but this guy is scared of what his friends and family will think, so the singer tells him to come out swinging.... Also, when I listen to this song, so many funny dances fill my head.

The grammar here is actually ambiguous. Are the shooters armed with toy guns, or are the little kids armed with toy guns? If the shooters have the guns, then this is a misplaced modifier, implying that the kids are the ones with the toy guns.
