Parody Song Title:

"Wayne Slave"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Because the Verse and Chorus are similar when read, I designated them. Otherwise just sing along with this little tribute to an unsung hero. (Well he's sung now!)
V
I work all day in the "Manor Wayne"
It's an endless job, it's a royal pain
While those two galoots go out fighting crime
I am stuck with repairs and the bat-grime

V
You'd think rich Bruce could afford a staff
But I asked him once, all he did was laugh
"It's a secret lair, as you know, old friend"
As he ran off to battle the Pen-guin

C
All day gotta wash the suits
Gotta patch the holes, gotta shine the boots
All night in the stinkin' cave
Don't know how I wound up such a Wayne slave

V
It's not enough that I clean the floor
For a house that has forty rooms or more
But fixing computers just complicates
After all does he think I am Bill Gates?

C
All day gotta set bat-clocks
Gotta clean bat-poles, gotta darn bat-socks
I've got one foot in the grave
Don't know how I wound up such a Wayne slave

V
I'm overworked and I need a break
I have had as much guano as I can take
It's been so long since I've gotten laid
So I told Bruce to hire a cute maid

Then I wouldn't mind being a Wayne slave

What me worry? Songs are a-comin' one way or another.

This was funny!

Good job. Your obviously well-greased bat-pole should keep them songs a-comin' no problem. 555 from The Geek Hornet.

Surprise, Rick, I finally showed up. Not bad; I always like to see the word "guano" in a song -- good thing you didn't have to find a rhyme for it.

I liked the guano bit too. Didn't Robin actually have green sleeves?

Holy quintuplets, Batman! All fives! And yes, despite alterations in the costume for Robin III (Tim Drake), the sleeves are still green. Hey, wasn't that a Simon & Garfunkel song? "The Sleeves That Are Green"?

Yeah, but Wardrobe washed them in the wrong batch, and they turned to brown.
