Parody Song Title:

"Joints Are a Curse"

Parody Written by:

John A. Barry

The Lyrics

Joints are a curse when they’re undone…
must nurse the wors’ning things.
So many parts there to be doomed.
The lumbar and thorax sting,
with a number of sore things.
The wreckage, joint wreckage can really sting.

Joints produce hurt and raging pain,
braces can be deployed.
Some victims might turn to morphine
to ease their pounding joints,
decrease the pounding joints.
Some seize then wheeze on another type of joint.

In a worst case, to the doc go,
where surgery is found.
Might take a chance and undergo
a fusion; spine is bound,
fake disc beneath the crown.
But risky is surgery if it’s unsound.

So in a world of discs displaced,
you must make sure there’s proof
you have made the right choice, or else,
there could ensue a goof
under the surgeon’s roof.
You won’t risk a goof and choose booze of high proof.
