"Wired Horses"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Bridled living ain’t easy to do—
These equines wanting to just freely chew.
They go crazy, with penned-up demand
To escape and run through wild unfenced land.

Wired horses want to gambol away,
Wired, wired horses want to gambol and play.

I watch them suffer like mules in a train,
And when you ride them, those spurs give them pain.
They’d retreat if not behind a fence line;
They don’t like that bit in their mouths all the time.

Wired horses want to canter away,
Wired, wired horses want to canter and play.

I know they seem to act equinely high.
Lacking in freedom is doing equine time.
Although they’re broken, they’d like to fly
Far from this prison of corral crime.

Wired horses want to scamper away,
Wired, wired horses want to scamper and play.

Wired horses want to amphet away.
Wired, wired horses—
Steed-speed feed, their buffet.

We hear from the front end of the equine this time. Amazing how these animals, which could easily crush a human, yield to human control. Interesting look at what may be going on inside their minds, such as they are. Of course, any horse that does get willful towards humans, ends up being fed to man's other best friend, the dog.
