"Bo Peepian Ram Knows Sheep"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

My community-college Spanish teacher repeatedly stressed that the Spanish V is pronounced as B. So vaca is pronounced baca and va, va, is ba, ba.
FARMER:
This ain't a veal life,
It's mainly pastury:
Bocks and lambs collide
When the gait is a prancing spree.

On slopes they slide
When they ride--a tupping spree.
After ovine joy, they're feeling muttony,
Because it's sheepy come, sheepy "O,"
Mary's nigh; Merino
Is the lamb that followed
Her to school; it was a rules breach,
Rules breach.

"Baa, baa!" grunt thrills a ram;
Pumps his gun to ruby red,
Pulls the trigger and she's bred.
Bock, bock, the goat makes a run,
But prowed, the proud ram chases him away.

FLOCK:
"Baa, baa!" Ewe-ew-ew-ew.

FARMER:
Chosen for a mate this "guy."
They're makin' time out in the fields just harrowed;
Capricorn carries on; this mutton'd really rather. . . .

To mate, ovine must come,
Gets shivers down her spine,
Body quaking from that pine.
Wood plied, heavy body, the mutton grows--
Gutter cleaved, then get in line, each sated ewe.

FLOCK:
"Baa, baa!" Ewe-ew-ew-ew .

FARMER:
Any whey, the milked goat?
Shy shoats will get fried
As a dish, and sheep'll get shorn, spring/fall.

She sees a little twiglet then grow to a stand--
Scares the moose, scares the moose dam; views hugest ram mangrove.

HERD:.
Plumb herd, a tight fit

MARY:
Mary, very, likes it--deep!

FARMER:
Gals will bray, "Go!" Gals will bray, "Go!"
Agnus Deo." Gals will bray, "Go! Frigger-o!"

BO PEEP, MARY:
Ram, Bliss me!

RAM
No!

STY:
Putz, try shtuppin' pork.

RAM:
Oy[nk]?!

FARMER:
Those hoggies love sheep.

STY:
You'll love that pork, boy[nk]; jump on pork, phallusy.

RAM:
Sans-apple snout; it's a pome-paucity.
Sheep be fun; sheep me know.
Will you let me go?

HERD, STY, MARY, BO PEEP:
Ram thriller, no, we will not let you go!

FLOCK:
Let him go!

HERD. . . :
Ram driller, no, we will not let him go!"

RAM:
Let me go!

HERD. . . :
Ram filler, no, we will not let you go!

RAM:
Let me go!

HERD. . . "
Will not let you go!

RAM-CARNERO:
Let me go!
Go, go, go, go, go! ¡va! ¡va!
¿Vaca? ¡Bah! ¡Bah! ¿Brahma? ¡Nada! Bacchanalia--baa, baa brama*
Lets me know:
Beasts bellow, bub, when your tendril is wide and woody.
The bleat, so sweet!

I'd rather bone sheep than any other phylum,
Rather go sheep-deep than, e.g., a pup dry hump.
Oh, save me; ram-ewe's what drives me crazy.
Just gotta get in, just gotta get in 'fore they're sheared!

FARMER:
Mutton'd really rather,
Rather than Bo Peep,
Mutton'd really rather, mutton'd really rather do sheep.

RAM:
Hey, they're kindred, you know!

* "Cow? I don't think so. Brahma bull? No way! Bacchanalia--the baa, baa of rutting season/baa, baa bellows." The phrase "baa, baa brama" is a doble sentido: "la brama," rutting season; "bramar," to bellow. I added an extra phrase to this line.

Although, although, although I generally object to the type of parody that follows every single vowel of the original song, I admit that this is a masterpiece. I even got lost in it. The only way I COULD make something of it, was by singing it along, which means that there's no problems with the musical aspect. I also want to tell you that I HATE you. All of you. No, I don't want to start a fight, but it seems that every time I try to get into this site, someone comes up with an idea similar to what I had thought of! And a better one, too. Just watch, this weekend, I'll be accused of plagiarism, but I will submit. I will submit. (sighs) Ah, there is one little nitpick I'd like to point out: sheep aren't a phylum, sheep are a genus. Chordata are a phylum. They include any creature with a rigid chorda in the back, as in, ALL vertebrates, plus sea squirts, salps, and lancelets. Point for you. Point for me. Smiley :-)

Thanks Alvin. And thanks, Rooster for the zoology lesson. I'm gonna make a change as a result: I'd rather bone sheep than any other genus/To me each fleecy beast is a bleating Venus.

I am reminded of Giles Goat Boy by John Barth with this parody. Barry, you are insane in the membrane--in a good way. Way to go! 555

Thanks Agrimorfee. I read "Giles" years ago, along with "The Sot Weed Factor." Barth's an amazing writer.
