Parody Song Title:

"Garbage Can"

Parody Written by:

Rick Duncan

The Lyrics

Had to write this after a mini -Amiright convention last night in San Jose with Paul Robinson, Elena M., and Bob Gomez.
Garbage can better keep your lid
For your contents have turned pu-trid
Garbage rotting there by the curb
Need no sign that says, "Don't disturb"
Garbage can

I smell fish heads and boy, they reek
Crap from the cat box that sat for weeks
Leftover garlic, onions and leeks
Full of old fruit and bad eggs crackin'
So strong, so strong, so strong ahhh.

Garbage can better keep your lid
For your contents have turned pu-trid
Garbage rotting there in the street
Flies are waving flags in defeat
Garbage can

What a smell, the grass is turning brown
When is that trash man going to come around?
My next door neighbor moved out of town
I hear screamin' and dogs are howlin'
So strong, so strong, so strong, so strong
Ahhhhh!

And we took pictures.

Oh and Rick - congratulations on moving up to the # 4 spot in the top submitters group - no small accomplishment, that's a LOT of parodies, dude.

This is as far as I'm going to go. I was actually tickled when I got to #9 next to Phil. There's something addictive about this. Anyway, happy to rub elbows with everyone in the top ten. I had my first number one for about five hours until the teenies voted their 2-parody Barbie into the lead.

I heard Mister Duncan sing about it. Well, I heard ol' Rick put it down. Well I hope Rick D will remember, A Garbage Can don't need flies around, anyhow! Well, I see you really trashed Neil Young here! (btw, not a bad impression of him on the "tribute". ) Frankly, this parody was garbage. It was full of throwaway lines and recycled humor! I'll have to dump a few fives on ya!!
