The Lyrics

MYOL-neer. That's how you pronounce it. Verily.
If you're nasty, he'll beat you
With his hammer, Mjolnir
Sometimes his face has been shaved
Sometimes he has a beard

Member of the Avengers
And a powerful one
He's the offspring of Odin
Don't treat him lightly, son

God of thunder, his name is Thor
He hails from Midgard
He wields his hammer, and it makes him soar

Speaks Victorian English
He doth have nerves of pure steel
He's always saying "Verily!"
That is just kind of his deal
Cause he's the

God of thunder, his name is Thor
His cape is awesome
He wields his hammer, he's rarely a bore

He is protecting the humans
From lots of threats ev'ry year
Like Hela and the Enchantress
Loki with horns out to here
They fight the

God of thunder, his name is Thor
He loves Jane Foster
He wields his hammer, kicks your ass, for sure

When Hitler was in prison writing "Mein Kampf" one of the 5 designs for the Nazi flag was Thor's Hammer!!!

Great twist on the original song! I sure liked this take on Thor better than the movie (simply because there was no romantic part of this parody... Stupid movie company trying to give everything a romantic atmosphere for the ladies)

What's the point of being a Superhero with no love interest? I liked Thor, Daredevil, Iron Man, Spiderman, Superman, and the original Batman for those love interests. Hulk was junk and other lesser comic characters, but I felt especially sad for my favorite- Captain America who not only did not get that dance with Peggy Carter but also didn't get any p-ssy!!! If they keep to the animated series he SHOULD fall in love with Black Widow. I loved it in the comics when Cap fell in love with villainess Diamond Back :)

Good parody but the best part of Norse mythology is still the Valkyries, barebreasted maidens of Valhalla. A millenia ago and in subarctic climate my ancestors managed to come up with the Hooters concept for Thor's and Odin's Club House...

(Artistry) Lovely job, it's a shame this song is far too short to do the topic justice. Fav line: "He's always saying "Verily!" / That is just kind of his deal".

(Artistry) This is verily good! Wish there was more of it.

Rob Ardnt--a superhero with no love interest won't get distracted. This parody seemed to be more telling about Thor than making me laugh--still liked it as a Norse Gods buff, but then the original song gave you little wiggle room to develop
