In these dark days there are those who go out of their way
They put themselves out for those who need help everyday
How can we repay them? What else can we do?
To show how we feel when this nightmare is through
We should make them all proud
As together we’ll all sing out loud

So many people to thank and in so many ways
Whatever they do they certainly earn our high praise
The doctors, the nurses, the people who care
And all the key workers we know they’re all there
With our lives in their hands
And they’re doing all that they can.
