The Lyrics

Any day now, I expect to see a video with some crying teenager yelling, "Leave the Patriots ALONE!!!!" As Milton, Massachusetts native George Herbert Walker Bush never actually said, "Not gonna do it. Not... gonna... do it. Wouldn't be prudent at this juncture!"
Well, on the road from Providence to Boston, that's where home field lies.
And you thought you'd go throughout the year by beating all those guys.
ESPN endorsing you for an undefeated year.
And everyone was hating on, but you'd just laugh and sneer.

You'd better stop
and look around.

Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.

Here comes your 19th game, you'll break down!

Well, when you were a child, your team stunk, but for seven years they've rocked.
And now they get to Super Bowl, you think you won't be shocked.
Coach Belichick has cheated and got a million dollars' fine.
And Tom Brady's foolin' with Gisele, his ankle don't feel fine.

You'd better stop
and look around.

Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.

Here comes your 19th game, you'll break down!

Oh, who's to blame?
The Giants won the game!

Well, nothin' you did don't seem to work!
It only seemed to make matters worse!
Yippie!

Well, the first time that you got this far, you got clobbered by Da Bears.
And after that, you faced the Pack, Brett Favre moved them upstairs.
You won a couple, Vinatieri kicked on final play.
And then you beat the Eagles, but the Mannings are in your way.

You'd better stop
and look around.

Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.
Here it comes.

Here comes your 19th game, you broke down!

Oh, who's to blame?
The Giants won the game!

Well, nothin' you did don't seem to work!
It only seemed to make matters worse!
Yippie!

Well, after this loss, ol' Randy Moss may not stay with your team.
And soon the Red Sox will get rocked as the Yanks renew their dream.
The Celtics won't go all the way, Bird won't walk through that door.
You'll soon see that you've past your peak, ain't winning anymore.

You'd better stop
and look around.

Here it comes!

Here comes your 19th game, you broke down!
Here comes your 19th game, you broke down!
Here comes your 19th game, you broke down!
Here comes your 19th game, you broke down!
You know, I live just a mile from the intersection of State Highway 18 and U.S. Route 1. I'm thinking of renaming it Patriot Circle. Get it? 18 and 1! It sure gets some Giant traffic.

If a tad lighter on the Belichik bashing than I'd've liked to see, still a grand smile. :-)

This parody was quite funny. I'll take anything I can get to help stop my sobbing :-((

You should make fun of the people who thinks the Giants shouldn't have a parade just because of the location of their current stadium as well, 555.

Good idea, Max, and such a parody is forthcoming. After all, back in 1987, the first time Big Blue won it, Mayor Ed, uh, Koch said he wouldn't give, uh, a ticker-tape parade, uh, for what he called "this foreign team."
