"I Ain't Marching Anymore"
and I ain't a Martian anymore
and I ain't a-marching anymore
And Dankwerts and El Barrio are the orphans of the night.
And death lurks in El Barrio with the orphans of the night.
"Draft Dodger Rag"
The Funny Lyrics:
When I got to the old draft board, buddy, this is what I said:
Sarge, I'm only eighteen, I've got a ruptured spleen, and I always carry a purse
My feet are flat, I've got eyes like a bat
and my asthma's getting worse
Why They're Funny:
This is a great song, its about a guy who tries every possible excuse to avoid being drafted. Very funny.

"Outside of a Small Circle of Friends"
Look outside the window, there's a woman being grabbed
They've dragged her to the bushes and now she's being stabbed
Maybe we should call the cops and try to stop the pain
But Monopoly is so much fun, I'd hate to blow the game
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest... anybody
Outside of a small circle of friends.
This is a chipper little ragtime-style tune based on the Kitty Genovese attack a Kew Gardens Station. More creepy than depressing, but certainly not as upbeat as the song sounds.
