Song Titles Not Used as Lyrics:

Song Name
Comments & Submitter Name
"She Moved Through The Fair"Lyrics include "She went through the fair" but never "She moved through the fair". Opening line is "My young love said to me", which might form an "alternate title". On the other hand, the words that end the first and last verses are "It will not be long, love, 'til our wedding day". That is another excerpt that might be the best known words and / or form an "alternate" title. - Karen Smith
"Gabriel's Message""The Angel Gabriel From Heaven Came" is the opening line, and therefore might be a "title" by which the song could be better known. It conatins the only mention of Gabriel in the lyrics, and that mention is in the nominative case, not the possessive case, as is found in the title. And the word "message" is entirely absent from the lyrics. - Ava Murphy

Story about this misheard lyric by: Karen Smith

For years, I had never questioned the way I thought I heard this particular line in the song. Then I checked a lyrics site to find out what some other lines were, other lines that I DID have questions about. In so checking, I happened to notice that this line was shown unlike I always thought I'd heard it. So I listened to the song again to see if I could hear her singing it like the site indicated. On closely listening, I could clearly hear her sing "feel" rather than "feet". But "you're" still sounded more like "all", and "to" sounded too unclear to sound more like either "to" or "your". The latter also could equally sound like "a", making the line seem like "You got a feel all on solid ground." But that doesn't make a lot of sense. So since I DID clearly hear "feel" on relistening, I'm supposing that the lyrics site is right about what she at least meant to sing.

Overstatement, but she DID disappoint early fans.

What A Band is Best Known For (aside from their music):

"Twisted Sister / Fallen Angel / Barracuda"
she loudly had a shouting argument with her on + off boyfriend and one issue that was brought up was the way they perform S & M for sex. She was pregnant with their child and later gave birth to him. They've since reconciled (?) and plan to wed. They say they're ready for parenthood now. I hope the kid doesn't get harmed!

"Bait-and-switch rise to fame"
At age 13 she first caught the world's attention with a CD entitled "Voice Of An Angel", containing hymns and traditional flokish songs. She seemed like a deeply Christian little girl with an angelic face, and a rising star with an operatic like voice. Her similarly "angelic" image continued through a Christmas CD entitled "Dream A Dream". But soon after that she let down any fans who adored her for that image, expressing a desire to have no more to do with the kind of music that brought her her initial fame, and that she wanted to be a pop diva instead. Her new image became anythng but angelic. By all acounts she reputedly turned skankish, with allegations of heavy boozing, and by all acounts turning her lungs into a toxic waste dump, and who knows what all else.

"Taunting Americans for taking 9/11 "too seriously""
At some point in the wake of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Charlotte commented to the effect that Americans should "get over it", as if it were "no big deal".
