Story about this misheard lyric by: Cody Finke

This was a short-lived game show that was noteful as Alex Trebek's first game show.

Bad Grammar in Song Lyrics:

"Diff'rent Strokes Theme"
The Lyrics:
A man is born, he's a man of means.
Then along come two, they got nothing but their jeans.
Why:
Grammatically, it should be "Along came two" or "Along comes two". Let's hope Robin Thicke has better grammar than his father did.
