The entire song is very depressing and sad, (I only put an excerpt from it because I don't know if it will be accepted if I put the entire translated lyrics) yet it's a very upbeat 80's pop style song. As a side note, this is a character song from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, the song is sung by two characters, Mion and Shion.
