Why:
Despite the lyrics and tone of the lead vocal peformance the music sounds really up beat and if you listen to the melody it sounds as though if the lyrics were happy it would sound happy but I still believe these lyrics rule!

The musical arrangement is ethereal and upbeat, but close analysis reveals the lyrics are a horrible bummer. Same case with "No Surprises".
