I can't make this out. 'If the egg don't stain?' what? are you egging people's houses again? 'you'll be ringing off the hook' are you a telephone? I can't even tell if it's supposed to be an idiom or metaphor for that matter.

This song is really good and all, but it is kind of stupid. Maybe it's just me (probably is) but I don't think it makes any sense. If the egg don't stain? Kufuffin? What is all that?

Ok, I love Sum 41, and this song, but what the hell is "kufuffin"? Seems to me they made up a word. Of course the next line explains it somewhat, but the people singing the song weren't the ones huffing the gas.

'If this for sure' isn't really correct English. Even if they were speaking correctly, I would still have so clue about what is being referred to (the 'this' reference) anyway.
