The Nonsensical Lyrics:

Why They're Nonsensical:
This Australian Vietnam war songs describes Frankie's unfortunate death which coincided with the moon landing, then says he was going home in June. However the moon landing took place on July 20 1969, so he should have already gone home. It could mean June the next year, but it is very unusual to refer to a something 11 months away in that fashion, it certainly suggests he was going home soon, which would have also worked as a lyric: 'God help him, he was going home soon'
