The thing that really makes these lyrics funny is that the singer for Go Sailor has this really sweet, honey-alto voice. So at first yr just listening along kinda midlessly, thinking 'oh what a sweet song, and my, that Rose has such a pretty voice!' And then you hear what she's saying, and yr like 'oh.' It's funny, see!
