Why They're funny:
I really find it funny, because of the way Susanna Hoffs calls Sunday an 'I don't have to run' day, just so that it rhymed with 'Sunday' and 'fun day'...and 'Monday', which of course immediately follows Sunday in the week.

If it were Sunday, the next day would just be Monday again! Why would you want it to be Sunday if the next day would just be Monday? If I were Susanna Hoffs, I'd wish it were Tuesday so that it would be the longest possible time until it is Monday again!
