Is it just me or are these lyrics kinda corny? It sounds like a cheap rhyme. Although I love the musical part of the song to death I don't think this is the best Metallica song lyrically.

First of all, they use modern English and then middle age English right afterwards. Also, in today's language that would mean, 'You are holier than you.' It should be, 'I am holier than thou.'
