Why They're dirty:

I was riding home with a friend of the family, and we were talking about the song, since it was on a Maola Milk commercial once, and she was an older woman in her late 40's. Of course, she didnt know what the lyrics meant, and thought it was a cute song, but i pointed out that 'Milkshakes' is a slang term for 'breasts.'
