Haven't a sheila
So can't a feel 'er
Have a tequila
Ve-ry bizarre

Have a na-runny nose
(Sniff!) Have a runny nose
Have such a runny nose
Smeg in me car

Have a-no-nothe-ther

Hic! Have another

Ululating it make me chokey
Ululating at karaoke
Ululating 'cause I'm an okie
Ululating the hokey-cokey
Ululating
Ululating

Didn't William Tong do this one once? I think I like your version better Phil. I'll take 3 fifths and that would make like a fifteen-th.

I guess I must have misspelt "Hava Nagila" when I searched - you're absolutely right, Guy. I probably wouldn't have posted this, or at least made the title slightly different. But ah, well...

Yeah - It's hard to find stuff since the onsite search engine no longer works. I really miss that thing. Google just gives out too much information to be really useful like the old search engine was. I still like your parody and I read your comment yesterday and I just knew you were going to do this. I was all set to do this one myself once but saw Bill's song out there and backed off after I wrote it. It's just way easier now to step on someone elses stuff unknowingly. I know I am way more forgiving of this since we lost the onsite search engine.

The "tequila" theme has been done fifty gazillion times when people parody this song, so I thought it'd be more of the same...boy, was I wrong! Clever to make the rest of the English lyrics (not just the title line) suggest the sound of the original Hebrew, too: even a Gentile with as many Jewish friends as I've made would get a good chuckle out of your work. Fives all round!
