I drank almost a case of beer, how could I be so bold?
and now I'm bending near the earth, and heaving things untold.
Freinds paid the bill thank God for them, it was a costly thing
and on my carpet soundly lay, am far too drunk to sing.
yet through my bloodshot eyes, I see, a brightly spinning world
and still that stupid Cd skips, the remote has long been hurled.
Oh yes I'm mad and slowly make, my way to the noisy thing.
Eject the disc and toss it down, my ears no longer ring.
And you who dropped me by the road, and told me I must go,
You left me crawling all the way, with weaving steps and slow.
For now be glad I soon will sleep, until the damn phone rings
I'm laying beside that stupid couch, cant stay upon the thing
I hope the sun will be up soon, for I am getting cold
when will this circling room slow down, so I can grab ahold?
i am glad i made it into the house, at least these look like my things
