The Lyrics

Sing, (Start in to sing, you’ll have to swing,)
Then, you’ll swing, (Start in to sing, you’ll have to swing,)
That Kelce is bound to push you,

Oh, (Turn on the heat, then beat your feet,)
Don’t go slow, (Turn on the heat, then beat your feet,)
That Kelce is bound to push you,

Push him, push him, push him, push him, push him…mmm...

(female vocal)

Reid/Push Steps,
Start in to sing, then soon, you’ll be swinging,
Reid/Push Steps,
Turn on the heat, your feet will keep beating,

One, two, three,
It’s a new sensation, (dee-de-oh!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the step that’s putting the world on its feet,

Reid/Push Steps,
Once you begin, you have to give in to
Reid/Push Steps,
Get on your toes, ‘cause everyone knows that

If you’re not a dunce,
Oh, you’ll catch on at once,
Well, push that fat guy, Kelce,
It’s the Reid/Push Steps!

(vocal trio)

Reid/Push Steps,
Start in to sing, then soon, you’ll be swinging,
Reid/Push Steps,
Turn on the heat, your feet will keep beating,

One, two, three,
It’s a new sensation, (doo-doo-do-doo!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the step that’s putting the world on its feet,

Reid/Push Steps,
Once you begin, you have to give in to
Reid/Push Steps,
Get on your toes, ‘cause everyone knows that

If you’re not a dunce,
You’ll catch on at once,
Push that fat guy, Kelce,
It’s the Reid/Push Steps, whoa!

Reid/Push Steps,
(instrumental call-back)
Reid/Push Steps,
(instrumental call-back)

One, two, three,
It’s a new sensation, (doo-doo-do-doo!)
You’ll agree,
It’s the step that’s putting the world on its feet,

Reid/Push Steps,
(instrumental call-back)
Reid/Push Steps,
(instrumental call-back)

If you’re not a dunce,
You’ll catch on at once,

Look, we get it, your diminished mental capacity requires you to constantly repeat songs and ideas, including some of mine, but you fool no one when you post things using my name. Everyone here knows you don’t have anywhere near the creative ability needed to come up with anything original, let alone witty. Maybe you could try posting using a different name. I’d bet MedAdvantage Max is available. BTW didja see my response to you yesterday? Funny stuff!

Hmmm, I noticed you like using some of my other names over and over but I never see you use G&GBF-CopyBot. I created that just for you. Go ahead, we all know who’s posting the ‘tard anthem anyway.

This subject might have made a half way decent parody ONE TIME if done to some well known song like "Bohemian Rhapsody ." But any "reprise" should have been ignored .. and any "second reprise" should have been yawned out of the room.

Hey guys, I appreciate your efforts at perpetuating the memory of my favorite song, but it’s really not an homage to me if you don’t stick to the eight topics I loved beating into the ground. C’mon, people can’t get enough of my Gary McNamara story, the wonders of listening to NPR or the joy of sugar-free cake, not to mention the others of course. Don’t make me come back there.

You can keep stealing user names, but nobody's fooled. Your inability to write anything that isn't copied from another source always gives you away. The thought of you writing anyone a letter is beyond hilarious since you'd have to think of what to say without having someone else's material to rely on. Pretty sure you'd be stuck after "Dear..." I've already mentioned (twice) that I no longer use "rest home" since you adamantly denied being in one, so strike two, but if you ever end up where nursing care is required, they'll probably encourage this little hobby of yours as long as it keeps you from talking to them.

Captain Copy/Paste, aka G&GBF-CopyBot, strikes again. I still think it’s hilarious that this guy still thinks it’s justified to continue the “legacy” of a +/- 100 year old song that brought nothing but antagonism to this site. Just like his now-dead boyfriend, he has completely devoted the rest of his life to promoting this song as the greatest-song-evarrr. Why have a relationship with your family or have a purposeful life when you can admit yourself to a treatment center and waste the rest of your life in devotion to a stagnant, secondhand remnant of a bygone age? Pretty much explains why G&GBF was limited to listening to the same song nonstop in his isolation facility near the end.
