My brother was born on December 24. I'm sure he can relate to your story.
I was born November 11, so I never went to school on my birthday. I didn't realize that there was a holiday on Nov 11. My mother would tell me the school gave me the day off because I always did my homework and got good grades. Clever lady, that Mom .... I didn't discover the ruse until my first year at Harvard Law
