I remember when a local bakery would produce what they called "Irish Soda Bread" for a week or so in March. They went out of business. I tried a couple of recipes from a book, but the product didn't even come close.
Thanks Patrick, did a quick Google search and it looks good. There's even a Preservation Society for it!!!
