The Lyrics

STS OV-105 Endeavor comes home to rest. It had flown 123 million miles and made 4660 orbits in both NASA ands military missions.
NASA spacecraft in space had gone,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
O-V-1-0-5!
O-V-1-0-5!
O-V-1-0-5!
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle!

It carried payloads weighing tons,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
(Clap)-V-1-0-5!
(Clap)-V-1-0-5!
(Clap)-V-1-0-5!
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle!

It sometimes flew secret missions,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
(Clap, clap)-1-0-5!
(Clap, clap)-1-0-5!
(Clap, clap)-1-0-5!
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle!

Fixing objects ‘til work was done,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
(Clap, clap, clap)-0-5!
(Clap, clap, clap)-0-5!
(Clap, clap, clap)-0-5!
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle!

Its‘ now caught in a traffic bog,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)-5!
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)-5!
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)-5!
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle!

Science Museum here it comes,
Cuz OV105 was a shut-tle
(Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)
(Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)
(Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)
Space Transport has been scut-tled!
The Zero is pronounced "Oh" here :)

A proud example of what American technologists can accomplish. Too bad they had to cut down all those trees to move it. I can remember when the shuttle was still just a proposal called "Dyan-Soar".

Both the STS and X-20 Dyna Soar were derived from the postwar Junkers RT-8 STS. The rocket launch and glide home are also reminiscent of the Me-163 Komet of WW2...
