The Lyrics

The OS has been modified to use 2-5-0-0 (two five oh-oh) and 2500 is pronounced twenty-five hundred. I couldn't work the prefix designation SC into the OS, so I omitted it and shortened the song by 1 verse. This is about the German SC2500 kg bomb carried by the He-111 aircraft early in the war against London. The Germans also had an experimental SC3000, but I've never seen a pic of it nor the 17 ton monster tested with a Me-323 that ended in disaster! Britain would later drop 12,000 lb Tallboys and 22,000 lb Grand Slams on Germany. Since Germany relied on twin-engine bombers they never could carry oversized bombs unless slung. In the end several 4-engine bombers were under construction but most of these would carry a combo of bombs and ASMs on the wings.
Early war, Germans had a bomb,
Weighed 2500 kil-os!
2-5-0-0!
2-5-0-0!
2-5-0-0!
Weighed 2500 kil-os!

Hard-carried by the 1-1-1,
Weighed 2500 kil-os!
(Clap)-5-0-0!
Clap)-5-0-0!
Clap)-5-0-0!
Weighed 2500 kil-os!

Underbelly the bomb was slung,
Weighed 2500 kil-os!
(Clap, clap)-0-0!
(Clap, clap)-0-0!
(Clap, clap)-0-0!
Weighed 2500 kil-os!

Just a short flight over London,
Weighed 2500 kil-os!
(Clap, clap, clap)-0!
Clap, clap, clap)-0!
Clap, clap, clap)-0!
Weighed 2500 kil-os!

Caused a massive explosion,
Weighed 2500 kil-os!
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)!
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)!
(Clap, clap, clap, clap)!
Brit bombs added more zer-os!!!
