"Forest on Fire"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Just a jab at idiots who start forest fires, and other idiots who think it's "natural" to let brush build up to huge levels.
Forest on fire, who lit your spark?
Was it some fool trying to light up the dark?
Maybe a smoker, whose butt went astray?
Too foolish or stupid to use the ash-tray.
Worse yet a fire-bug in arson’s delight,
Watching with glee as all creatures take flight,
Who knows how it started, spreading so far,
All of life’s wonders reduced unto char.
I’d wring your damned neck if I knew who you are.

Keep it all natural – don’t clean a thing,
Buildup of brush is a beautiful thing,
Homes for small creatures, fuzzy and cute,
Too bad some day they’ll be reduced to soot.
It doesn’t matter, if fire you abhor,
May as well in-vite nuclear war,
Beautiful forest why must you burn?
‘Cause mankind to leave alone, never will learn!

Too many of these fires are acts of arson. And for these they cannot make the penalty stiff enough IMO. But forest fires are natures way of renewal as weird as this sounds. But I don't ever remember a time when there were so many tornados and wild fires as in the past few years since about 2003. It must be all the wild fires that are causing global warming because these things burn pretty hot. =;-) Nice parody but a bit off here and there with the pacing or it could just be the way I'm reading it. I will give the benefit of the doubt and leave you with some fives.
