The Lyrics

Rain goes on, rain goes off, rain goes on, rain goes off, rain goes on, rain goes off...
Sudden rain outside, hate it when it's wet (drips of rain outside)
My plans needed dry-as-a-bone conditions
It's no downpour but see (oh-oh-oh-oh)
That's still too much for me (what is this?)
But I guess I must make-do, too late to cancel, true
Time for the mystery of "Where is my brolly?"
At least although I seethe, I can still hear clearly
It's just rain, not windy, less of a pain for me
But now it's time to leave, ho-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
An odd sight's before me, hee-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh-eeh
I can now see clearly, eeh-ooh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, no relief
Waste of a search, you see

Sure, "scattered showers"
Was in the weather forecast but I had just assumed
That they would still last for longer than two minutes, true
Barely even a splash upon the street, the street
Still, now I can leave
With somethin' that resembles a stronger guarantee
That I'm not gonna lose my balance so easy
I'd prefer to not smash in my face, my face

I've saved me
All those problems with my rant, guess so
Just need to get my umbrella closed
Wait, now it comes back down hard? Real hard, uh

Yep, that's comin' down, uh
Sudden back-and-forth change, a sky abnormality, uh
Wouldn't say that it's weird enough to break sanity
But it still isn't merely "strange", more than "strange", uh, uh
Back to drizzle on me, uh
Pretty quick return to that classic Rihanna tune
Hopefully doesn't stop again, at least not soon
Just wait until the music ends, song ends

Oh, frig me
Cuttin' out now? Make your mind up, bro
Quick on and off like the I.T. joke
This is approachin' a farce, a farce
Either way, geez
I just hate inconsistency the most
Let rain come down or let nothin' flow
Haven't even reached my car, my car, uh, yeah-eah

My brain is gonna pop if this keeps goin' on
When drivin', on-and-off rain will throw me off, you see
My drivin' cues, my drivin' cues, my drivin' cues (my cues)
Are quite confused when suddenly my tires move
A diff'rent way from how they swayed, ain't nice, it's true
The mad field-of-view swaps blow

I might go crazy
Swear that those clouds hate my ass the most
Turn themselves off and then let it flow
All to make my trip too much, too much
Afraid my crazy
Won't let me give up, pedal to the floor
That's metaphorical, not a dope
Just means I'm not packin' up, pack up? No

...rain goes on, rain goes off, rain goes on, rain goes off, rain goes on, rain goes off...

Are these the right OS lyrics: https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/weeknd/afterhours.html? After the first line, nothing matches.

They look to be similar to the ones I was using (these: https://genius.com/The-weeknd-after-hours-lyrics). I think that my consolidation of some shorter lines may be tripping you up. That's my best guess, anyway.
