Maybe they spew because of the patty melt they chewed a couple of songs ago
They use ipecac to make themselves spew, too. Karen Carpenter, to name one famous example. 5s.

I once stuck a popsicle stick down my throat to spew all contents. But, I found it a foolish and deadly habit after awhile. I echo all comments above! Even guys I know do the same thing if they're weight conscious. 5's!
