The Lyrics

North Korea also celebrated on July 4, with a missile launched 1740 miles high but only 580 miles downrange. Experts calculated that's enough power to reach anywhere in Alaska, or almost Hawaii, on a lower trajectory.
O say did you see Kim Jung Un's rocket's flight?
He's so proud that it sailed o'er the sky's high vast ceiling.

His God-snipes and spite-wars grew, with terrible blight.
Borders slammed, marts he botched by cold talent for scheming.

Can such rockets head where lives the cursed polar bear?
That's proof due Kim's might that he brags with shrill air.

O pray that our star-spangled banners still wave
When we stand with people freed from the dome of that knave.

I know three more stanzas, but most Americans haven't heard them, and I think I've said enough in one.

His middle name is Jong, not Jung. Polar bears are "cursed" by global warming, said Al Gore circa 2002.

May the day soon come when all Koreans are free people. Thanks for putting into words what many of us are thinking!

O thus be it ever when three fives I'll send ... for meaning of prose and the song syncopation

Thanks, JS; your comment interpreted my final two lines exactly.
Thanks, CML, for the clever addendum; but by dawn's early light, I'm still looking for your promised three fives.
