Parody Song Title:

"Obama the Bold-faced Liar"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

More Obama "fun". Despite the lyrics I am not mean-spirited as I made fun of my own party recently in a parody...
Obama, the bold-faced liar
has a very wicked smile
And if you ever see it,
you would think he lives in denial

All of the American middle-class
still laugh and call him names
They never let shrewd Obama
talk about his political gains

Then one surprising day in May
SEAL Team Six came to say:
"Mr. President, YES, we finally did it,
won't you obviously take full credit?"

Not all American bought it
as the Democrats shouted out with glee,
Obama the bold-faced liar,
you used methods developed by GWB!!!
(This will piss off Michael P in New Jersey)

Pacing is a bit off. Try singing it. By the way, you can do this same song to "House of the Rising Sun", "Tom Dooley", and several other interchangeable melodies.

Your prolificness is astounding, but pacing is almost always off, yet no one ever seems to ding you for it.

Yes, in a case like this, I can't disagree that the pacing is off, But still I will go soft and give you three 5's for early Christmas presents. :-) Practice always makes progress, never perfect, because, nobody and/or nothing is perfect. ;-)

Yeah, had trouble with last lines of verses 2 and 4. My problem is that when I want to get a point across or wanna cram as much technical data into a song parody, pacing suffers. This is close... but slightly off. the Madonna parody on stolen hair really was problematic for me b/c Madonna sang that with her squeaky voice back in 1983. No matter how hard I tried to rhyme and match the lines, it is off. But people love my subject matter so much that they usually don't care enough to ding me. I alos don't ding people for pacing if I like the song and they tried hard. I'm just an amatuer... but a productive one!!!
