I sang
I must be psychic: There was all kinds of rough stuff in last night's game between the Meadowlands Marauders (next year, the Newark Nasties) and the Garden Goons (a.k.a. the Manhattan Muggers). But Zach Parise, whose Islander father Jean-Paul used to drive the Rags nuts, scored with seven minutes left in regulation to give the Devils a 2-1 win! Ha! RANGERS SUCK! 13 years down, only 41 more to go! (Last drought was 54 years.)

Are you sure you aren't describing the Philadelphia Flyers? They suck worse than New York. . .as an avid fan of all 30 teams, I couldn't be more happy than seeing two hockey parodies on the same day. . .Blues aren't in last, Tampa leads the SE, the Redwings don't lead the league and my personal rival--Chicago sux worse than my primary team. . .a good year all in all, hopefully next year will be even better. . .I'm betting on an upset in the Stanley Cup winner--won't say who yet, but the top teams are so tight nit--I think one of the lower seeds from either conference will take it home.

The Flyers ARE terrible right now, but most Devils fans hate the Rangers more. Hence the jeer, "Rangers suck! Flyers s-----w!" As for who wins the Cup, I think it's wide open. Any one of 10 teams could do it, including my boys.
