Parody Song Title:

"Slay Forefathers' Law"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

The original lyrics came from an era where change was slow between generations, so parents could counsel their progeny securely. The pace of change, pushed by the current U.S. president among many others, has picked up beyond their wildest predictions. To mimic this effect, start singing my lyrics Andante but immediately Accelerando poco a poco.
When I was just a little child,
I asked my parents, what will life be?
Will I be comfy till I am rich?
Here's what they said to me.

Praise forefathers' law;
Forever you'll be still free.
The future is yours; you'll see
Strayers from the law
Caught will be, can't flee.

When I was young, I fell in love;
I asked my sweetheart, as skies turned red,
Will there be rainbows, gay after gay?
Here's what my partner said.

Praise the altered law;
That clever minority
Might suture diversity.
Slay forefathers' law;
Not still he fills she.

So I had children on my own.
They ask their parent, what will I be?
Will I keep gender, willingly switch?
I raised them gender-free.

Raze forefathers' law;
What never could be, will be.
The future's not ours, you see.
Raise Obama's law;
What wills he, will be.
I chose only a few aspects of social change, triggered by "rainbow" in TOS.

A female singer could change "Not still he fills she" to "Not will he fill me."

Nicely done in a lovely yet handsome androgynous fashion.
