 (MP3)
Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"White Bigot"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

Archie Bunker was a white bigot
But damn! Oh how I loved that show
Archie fistin' at Meathead's Communism
Edith was a dingbat don'tcha know!

Archie Bunker was a white bigot
Everything George (Jefferson) said was right
Archie was crazy and uptight
And was a champion of the Far Right!

Archie Bunker was a white bigot
His prejudice, it often showed
With verbal hissin' and human rights dismissin'
Equal rights was perceived as a real blow!

To his Blue Collar Lineman ego!

Archie Bunker was a white bigot
Clashes with the Blacks and Whites
With his hippie daughter he did fight
And F-ck that Polack Son-in-law Mike!!!

Also hated Gay men and dykes!!!

haven't seen either show for a good, long while, now. but, the funny thing is, I always remember liking The Jeffersons, slightly more. 455

What about "Good Times?" :))

^ that was a good one, too! I remember the episode where they adopted the little girl, 'cause she was being abused by her mother. one thing I like about '70s & '80s sitcoms, is that they weren't afraid to go serious, while ultimately remaining hilarious!

^Didja know that cute-as-a-button little girl was none other than Janet Jackson?

Also, did you know that Jay Leno appeared on the show in an episode about STDs? It was one of the first in the history of television.

^^ yep, agrimorfee, I knew. she was a better actress, than singer in my opinion. and Rob, I don't right off recall that Leno episode. but then, I haven't seen the show in a while.
