Bids are coming in for President Trump's great wall, intended to stop flows of drugs and immigrants. Finalists will be selected in August and invited to construct prototypes near its western end. Designs so far include solar panels and artistic decorations. Whether and how Mexico will pay us taxpayers back is an open question.
