The Lyrics

Oh my baby, my baby she don't want me no more
Ever since she saw his poster in a record store.
She says his long dreadlocks look really sexy.
She thinks he's so damn smokin' hot although he's kinda messy.
She likes his gangsta swag and his wide-eyed stare.
Yeah, he's her very favorite cash money millionaire.

Well, my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne.
She's so crazy 'bout that Lil' Wayne.
Once, she was mine, but now it's drivin' me insane
Because my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne!

Now, every time I see him well he looks so grim.
I guess it really must suck to be a rapper like him.
What a pain in the ass to have so much success
Spending all this time rapping 'bout avoiding the press.
But my girl can't get enough of his hip hop demeanor
Like he's some big tortured genius and I'm some kinda wiener.

Well my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne.
She's got a thing for that Lil' Wayne.
Tell me, what can he do that is kind of plain?
Now that my baby's in love with

I said, I said, I said my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne.
Head over heals for that Lil' Wayne.
I can't believe it; now it's really quite a shame
Because my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne!

I knew we were heading for disaster
When she caught me hangin' out at the Ticketmaster.
Now she's got an unrequited adoration
For that frustrated, agitated, designated, alienated
Spokesman for the disaffected rap generation!

Well, I don't drive a Bentley, and I don't sag my jeans!
And I don't reside in New Orleans!
And I just can't compete with all that money and fame
But I know two can play at this kind of game.
Yeah, well, let's see if we can really piss her off
When I start stalking Nicki Minaj!

Well, my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne.
She's so crazy 'bout that Lil' Wayne.
Once she was mine, but now it's drivin' me insane
Because my baby's in love with

I said, I said, I said, my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne.
Why'd she have to fall for that Lil' Wayne?
If she wants to leave me, I guess it's quite a shame
Because my baby's in love with Lil' Wayne!

Anyone doing a Al Yankovic parody should set out the OS (Original Song) that Al himself is parodying. I dont recognize the lyrics that Al used, except for a few of his first parodies on MTV ... Also note that Al himself made his name mostly by spoofing Michael Jackson, a person recognized by every English speaking person on the planet. The key to humor here is the "AHA" moment when you understand what the parodist is doing because you ... ( Wait for it) ... RECOGNIZE what the parodist is doing
