Parody Song Title:

"Tattoo"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

The life of unfortunate Hervé Villechaize...
Poor dwarfy Hervé
Life no fantasy
On-set liked to complete
But pay increase demand too high
Propositioned women
Turned out a disgrace:
In and out of foul moods
Fate was iffy, with fame he gambled

Got in Montalbán's face

Poor Tattoo...

[Killed himself at his N Hollywood place]

Too plain, too plain. And very short. No score.

I remember seeing an interview with the co-star of "Fantasy Island". It seems Mr Villechaise attracted unwanted attention due to his stature. His solution: he began wearing a .357 Magnum that was almost as tall as he was.

Patrick, Eric Estrada of "Chips" threatened his wife with a .44 Magnum!!! And also, I was going to add the lines "Da Pain, Da Pain... BOOM!" to the last part of this parody, but decided not to. Someone would have gotten offended. Anon claims this is too plain, but it's not. The key to small OS material to me is cramming as much info possible into it. Here I address HV's dwarfism (he never wanted to be known as a Little Person), his life being no fantasy which is a shot at his "Fantasy Island" role, his mood swings and propositioning women, and ultimately his gamble to ask for the same pay as Ricardo which was denied. Some say his health problems caused him to commit suicide, but in fact he was depressed over his stature, his unmet demands, and jealousy over Ricardo's fame. I think I covered all bases. If Anon doesn't think let him/her write a better version using the same OS here ;-)
