"Can't Go Outside"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

This is about me babysitting my cousin's six year old son on a rainy day, wich is worse than a sunny day, because he likes being outside since it's "funner". Anyway, it was quite the long day. But I decided to write this parody from his point of view.
It's my job to bother you
my mom and dad are paying you
So, now, I will follow you
til you find something fun for me to do

I'm tired of Nickelodeon
and my coloring book is all done

I don't wanna play with my Leapfrog
no, I don't want a chili dog
Why you rubbing your forehead?
Are you gonna be deaded?
What's this thing and what's it for?
That's so dumb, man, I'm so bored

Rain! (X3)
Can't go outside! (X3)

Give me a piggyback ride...
no...hide and seek, and I will hide
Ha! Ha! You fell and hurt yourself
Om! You cussed, I'm gonna tell...
Oh, yeah...I think you need a towel
I spilled my Pepsi on your couch...
You need a PS2 or X-Box
are you too poor to buy you one?
You got a dumb, ugly goldfish...
How come you don't have any kids?
No, I don't have to take a nap
you need a break? Well, that's too bad!

Rain! (X5)
Can't go outside! (X17)

(Me)
Pain...

DKTOS, but you've very well expressed the sense of frustration for adults, in this situation..

I have a 6 year old nephew that I've had to babysit for too. This all rings so familiar. Good job! 555

Sorry Billy Boyd, DKTOS on this. What CD is this on?

Thanks AFW, anderson and Rick...and to Red Ant; Don't quote me on this because in no way am I musical expert, but I *think* that this song was recorded a month or before Kurt died in 94 and never released until 2002, which as I recall, was a very big deal at the time. I'm probably in the minority, but I was never THAT big a Nirvana fan, but this was a great song. Not sure what CD it's on though...maybe a box set or an Essential collection. Not sure though.
