The Lyrics

Beep-beep! Beep-beep! Beep-beeCRUNCH!
It's six o'clock (clock!)
Time to wake up (up!)
That I do-on't want (want!)
Thus: broke my clock (clock!)

Grumpy when I wake
So when my damn alarm starts bleepin'
My instinct's to grab it and throw (throw!)
Throw-throw, throw-throw, throw
Nought to do today
So I don't wanna have to deal with
Early mornin' noise cause it blows (blows!)
Blow-blows, blow-blows, blows
The only problem is these clocks are real expensive
But when you're half-awake that means squat, dude

I broke my clock (clock!)
Because I tossed (tossed!)
It at my-y wall (wall!)
I broke my clock (clock!)

Not the first time, jack
I've busted my alarm clock when it
Started blarin' at me, you should know (know!)
Know-know, know-know, know
See that pile of junk?
It's made of former clocks I've hacked and
Whacked and filled with C4 and blown (blown!)
Blown-blown, blown-blown, blown
I'm well aware of the snooze button, but believe me
Can only do that for so long, thus boom

I break the clock (clock!)
I smash the clock (clock!)
I slice the-e clock (clock!)
Blow up the clock (clock!)
That stupid clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
It won't shut up (up!)
Up (up!)
Up (up!)
And so I-I must (must!)
Must (must!)
Must (must!)
Destroy the clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
I hate the clock

At least my clock (clock!)
My phone, it's not (not!)
Cause that wou-ould suck (suck!)
To break that clock (clock!)
Now that my clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
Clock (clock!)
Has cracked in half (half!)
Half (half!)
Half (half!)
I can no-od off (off!)
Off (off!)
Off (off!)
Be late for stuff (stuff!)
Stuff (stuff!)
Stuff (stuff!)
Still, screw that clock

My alarm clock actually is my phone, BTW. I deliberately put on the other side of the room so a) it's at a tolerable volume and b) so that I don't screw something up by attempting to shut it up with my shaky hands.

I share your pain, especially when the clock is a digital alarm clock where the noise ate away my sanity.

I'm usually pretty good with waking up early if I need to. But now I mostly work second shift, I don't have to get up until ten...which is awesome haha. NIcely done!

I always have to get up early for work and let me tell you, I've wanted to cold-cock a clock a time or two. Lol! Nice work here.
