I do not see any "sense" in your parody at all. Just a lot of lines that when added together, (and even some just alone), do not make any real sense, no points, just a lot of dumb. I live in CA, by the way, and anything, even a beached whale would be far better than the crime, the huge finalncial losses suffered ( to the tune of 8 million a day for several months alone), and the shame of Gray Davis, the worst gov. in the state of Ca, and if compared, the worst gov. in the history of the United States. But sure, you made it all "work" and all "clear" with this poor attempt at pushing your number of parodies up with "any old bunch of words" and the quality of your parodies down.
