Parody Song Title:

"Should I Play Or Should I Mow ?"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

my dad, he came and let me know
you can't play, you've got to mow
if you play, you're out of line
you stay here, mow this lawn of mine
i love dad, but i don't know
should i play or should i mow ?

its always weeds weeds weeds
i'm getting grass stains on my knees
one day they're gone, next day they're back
don't like this chore and that's a fact
my dad knows i hate it so
should i play or should i mow ?

should i play or should i mow, now ?
should i play or should i mow, now ?
if i play, i'll get in trouble
i oughta stay and mow this stubble
its no fun, that much i know

this kind of work is bugging me
and my dad wants it done for free
i'd love to split and let it be
but i think father just might hit me
although, i'd like to go
he's no fool and he would know

should i play or should i mow, now ?
should i play or should i mow, now ?
if i play, i'll get in trouble
i oughta stay and mow this stubble
its no fun, that much i know
should i stay or should i mow ?
