Song Parodies -> "Sa Cherie Brebis"

Original Song Title:

"My Cherie Amour"

 (MP3)
Original Performer:

Stevie Wonder

Parody Song Title:

"Sa Cherie Brebis"

Parody Written by:

Patrick McWilliams

The Lyrics

Brebis (French) = ewe (female sheep)
Baa baa baa baa baa baa
Baa baa baa baa baa baa

Sa cherie brebis, waits upon a sandy shore
Sa cherie brebis, her amphibious amour
Sa cherie brebis, he never leaves her wanting something more
He's the one her little heart bleats for
Hoof and flipper will entwine

In a pasture, or maybe a secluded stall
Consumating. Walls between the species fall
Ces deux chers amants, they have learned some ways to conjugate
Maybe even some day propagate
Blending lanolin and brine

Baa baa baa baa baa baa
Baa baa baa baa baa baa

Say his nest mates, "She's pulling wool across your eyes"
Warn "She's lupine, lurking in ovine disguise"
For cherie brebis, jealous criticism he'll ignore
Shell and fleece unite forever more
It's part of the plan divine

Baa baa baa baa baa baa
Baa baa baa baa baa baa

I saw somewhere last week that Tommy takes Mondays off. Thought I'd see if I could fill in for him.

Holy Woolite, Patman! How did ewe not give me a heads-(so to speak)-up on this long ago, esp. after I didn't v/c within a day or so? Glad ewe finally did...

French is not one of my tongues, although my tongue -- uh, n/m. ;-D ... also a surprise, as ewe've already said that the racy is not ewer style, though youi, uh, "pulled it off" quite well. ;)

I'm afraid that the humor is lost on those not familiar with the whole TT-sheep connection -- but a lot who *are*, seemed to have missed this gem. 555, and thanks for the better-late-than-never heads-up. (It took a bit of searching -- the title sent to me was *Ma* Cheris Brebis)
