The Lyrics

It's finally here, Rob! The one you were waiting so anxiously for, "Feral" It was going to be called "Feraler" but due to a pacing problem with that title 2 vs. 3 syllables, I had to change it. ;-) This parody is based not on the album version of "Thriller" but to the way the lyrics come in the music video version of "Thriller" So here is the link to Michael's channel at YouTube and to "Thriller" - http://youtu.be/sOnqjkJTMaA - The entire Thriller video is about 14 minutes long, so I hope nobody gets bored watching it if they've never seen it, but come on, who hasn't at least seen Michael Jackson's Thriller at least once in their life? :-o, Hope you enjoy it Rob, and everyone else!! :-)
[WCJ: VERSES]

In the dead of night
Someone has been sittin’ in the dark
Locked inside their home
It is a thing that always breaks your heart
They never cry
They never learned to talk or use grammar
They’re left to die
As their whole life passes before their eyes
They’re mesmerized

They keep the doors locked
The ferals have nowhere they can run
Time ticks on the clocks
They wonder if they’ll ever see the sun
Can’t close their eyes
Because they are already caged up in the dark
The years go by
They may have an animal that may raise them
Do they have time?

They will ruin them
The monsters who put them all in a trap
They will regress them
Unless you tell on that sick piece of crap
Now is the time
For people not to write them off as fakes, yeah
All through it all
I should try to save them all from their scene
I’ll set them free!

[Feral CHILD: CHANT]

Childhood ways are always banned
They’re puppets of a twisted hand
Children crawl in search of food
To colonize their spread of broods
And whosoever is around
Shall hear the cries of howling sounds
From kids who’ve been through lives of hell
And trapped in a human shell

A foul stench reeks from their bodies
A stench that spreads through the city
And feral kids from every house
Were treated just like they are louse
And though they fight to stay alive
None of it even matters
For no fragile mind can withstand
The power of the Feral

[WCJ: CHOURS 1]

‘Cause this is Feral
Feral plight
Is no one going to save them
From this bad forbidden trite
You know it’s Feral
Feral plight
They’re fighting for their life
Inside a peril
Feral

Feral
Feral plight
It’s time to show their world
That our bark ain’t worse than our bite
(Feral)
(Howwwwll!!)
(Feral spree)
So let me set them free
And have a
(Feral, Jekyll, Peril)
(Feral here tonight)

‘Cause this is Feral
Feral plight
Yes, we can show their world
That our bark ain’t worse than our bite
(Feral)
(Feral spree)
So let me set them free
And have a
(Feral, Peril)
Howwllll!!

(Short Instrumental Break….)

[WCJ: CHORUS 2]

‘Cause this is Feral
Feral plight
Is no one going to save them
From this bad forbidden trite
You know it’s Feral
Feral plight
They’re fighting for their life
Inside a peril
Feral

Feral
Feral plight
It’s time to show their world
That our bark ain’t worse than our bite
(Feral)
(Howwwwll!!)
(Feral spree)
So let me set them free
And have a
(Feral, Jekyll, Peril)
(Feral here tonight)

‘Cause this is Feral
Feral plight
Yes, we can show their world
That our bark ain’t worse than our bite
(Feral)
(Feral spree)
So let me set them free
And have a
(Feral, Peril)
Growwllll!!

WCJ, I have to say this is one of your best, and I'd hoped to see more comments on this. A very thoughtful take on a very common problem. Though you know the tendency on the site is to vary choruses, I liked that you kept the choruses intact. And I especially liked what you did with the mid-song Vincent Price verse. Overall, a really good job on this. Congrats!

Besides, I am "Wild Child" JIN, why shouldn't I be interested in Wild/Feral Children?
