The Lyrics

Sweet dreams are made of cheese
who am I do diss a brie?
It's Camembert world and Edam seas -
Everybody's looking Port Salut -

Some of them taste to cheddar -
some of them taste to rocquefort you
some of them taste to stilton
some of them taste gorgonzola too -

Sweet dreams are made of cheese
who am I do diss a brie?
It's Camembert world and Edam seas -
Everybody's looking Port Salut -

Hold your head up; keep your head up, movin' on
Hold your head up, movin' on
Keep your head up, movin' on
Hold your head up, movin' on
Keep your head up, movin' on
Hold your head up, movin' on
Keep your head up

Some of them taste to cheddar -
some of them taste to rocquefort you
some of them taste to stilton
some of them taste gorgonzola too -

Sweet dreams are made of cheese
who am I do diss a brie?
It's Camembert world and Edam seas -
Everybody's looking Port Salut -

Some of them taste to cheddar -
some of them taste to rocquefort you
some of them taste to stilton
some of them taste gorgonzola too -

What is POV here? Good potential not realized.

We have a new commentator here, under many names. I thought it was a nice parody. Who am I to diss a brie? I wish I were as fluent in a second or third language.

Couple of pacing issues here, but nothing that can't be cured :-D. But no matter how you slice it, this was still really Gouda .. but it could have even grater ... I hope you're catching all these stupid puns I'm making, Susanna

"Diss a brie" and other subs are enviably clever, dwarfing minor pacing issues. 4/5/5.

Wow! Seems my little caseous snack for a parody really tasted good for all commentators.

Welcome back, Ann! It's been a while since I've last seen you here at Amiright, but it is always neat to see old friends here. Tommy Turtle made also a comeback.

How about "hold your feta; keep your feta, moving on"

At last I've found this! I've been looking for a copy of these words for years! Loved it when I first saw it, and am delighted to know there's actually an online copy of it now! I could never hear the original without thinking of this version, but until now, I didn't think it was available! Thanks so much for making it available!!
