There's far too little praise for characters like Heffer Wolfe, and I'm not sure if this parody covers it, TSB. But I don't know the pacing to the song, so I have no right to judge.
I was hoping this was about Winston Wolfe (Harvey Keitel) from "Pulp Fiction." Unlike TSB's subjects, that's a film that's actually been seen by more than 21 Americans.
I used to watch Rocko's Modern Life! Funny cartoon. I liked the way you described Heffer in the song. Heffer really is fat and gluttonous! But also Heffer is such a funny character in the show! I would have given you three 5's, but pacing needs work.
